Laura Vinci is a retrospective book dedicated to the work of this distinguished artist, documenting all her installations produced since 1997. The book features installations in museums and galleries, such as Ampulheta [Hourglass] (1997), in which fifty tons of sand fell from one floor to the other in an abandoned building. It also includes some of her most relevant interventions in public spaces, such as Clara Clara (2011), a work composed of lightbulbs suspended by a net installed in downtown São Paulo. Laura Vinci presents texts by the critics Lorenzo Mammì, Rodrigo Naves, Paulo Sérgio Duarte, and Taísa Palhares. It also brings an interview conducted by Guilherme Wisnik and Luisa Duarte, in which the artist shares details of little-known aspects of her installations and critical moments of her artistic trajectory.

Edited by Associação para o Patronato Contemporâneo (APC) in partnership with Cosac Naify, the publication was supported by the Brazilian Ministry of Culture's Law for Cultural Incentive, with sponsorship from Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados.
